The version 3.0 Apple iPhone was not previously capable of being unlocked, a process that allows the phone to be used by any preferred cell phone service rather than simply AT&T. Now the Apple iPhone 3GS 3.0 is capable of being unlocked, meaning that the iPhone’s users are not required to have AT&T cell phone service. Unlocking the iPhone has also made it possible for users outside of the United States to use the iPhone, despite the fact that AT&T is not supported there.
The solution to unlocking the Apple iPhone version 3.0, which is provided by iPhone Unlocking Solutions, is capable of working with the latest version of the iPhone 3G as well, which is currently sitting at version 2.2.1.
The Apple iPhone is currently one of the most popular cell phones available on the market, despite the fact that it is currently only available for use through the AT&T cell phone carrier. Users who want to use the iPhone on their current or preferred cell phone carrier must unlock the Apple iPhone in order to make it work. The iPhone from Apple offers application functionality, increasing productivity for its users which is why it has gained such significant popularity since its release by Apple.
Users who are interested in using the Apple iPhone can take advantage of this iPhone 3GS 3.0 unlock capability, allowing them to use their cell phone with any carrier and in any country, even where AT&T is not supported. Rumours that Apple Inc. might make their new iPhone handset compatible with network providers other than AT&T have been quashed in the countdown to its release. Consumers are now being forced to decide whether they will continue to put up with AT&T or to unlock iPhone 3.0 handsets using an online software package.
For many, making the decision to unlock 3g iPhone 2.2.1 (the latest firmware) and upcoming 3.0 handsets is simple; they’re going to do it. This is especially true of consumers living in countries with little or no AT&T coverage at all. To unlock iPhone 3g handsets users simply download a specific program to their computer, which they then link up to their iPhone via USB cable.
“Since the iPhone was released to the public, it has taken the mobile world by storm” says Michael Cera, CEO of iPhone Unlocking Solutions, “Unfortunately, if you do not have AT&T service or you live in a country where AT&T is not available then you have no way of using the iPhone. This is exactly why we’ve developed our unlocking software - to allow customers to use the iPhone with any cell phone service.”
Since California-based company iPhone Unlocking Solutions was founded in 2005 they have managed to Unlock iPhone 3.0 handsets well over 1 million times. With their updated software ready well before the expected 3.0 release date, there’s no doubt that this figure will continue to rise.
Prospective iPhone 3.0 buyers had their hopes raised earlier this month with rumors that founding company Apple Inc. would make the handsets compatible with other network providers than AT&T. Recent revelations have shown the rumors to be nothing more than exactly that, yet consumers are still able to use their handsets with other providers if they unlock iPhone 3g handsets with software from San Diegan company iPhone Unlocking Solutions.

When the iPhone first hit the streets there was a huge craze that lost a lot of steam really quick. Apple was pretty disappointed in their sales over the first few months. The main issue many customers complained about was the price. Apple quickly began making some reconsiderations and worked on getting the price reduced.
Another complaint was the lack of storage. For a device that was intended to provide users with the ability to talk on the phone, watch movies, listen to music and surf the web, it didn’t provide any room to store info. Many people who purchased the iPhone were equally frustrated with the lack of storage.
As Apple worked tirelessly they eventually introduced the iPhone 3G with a much better price and double the storage. The 3G retailed for $199 and began taking the phone’s sales to the next level. Apple has seen a dramatic increase in sales over the last year. In 2007 they were in the hands of less than 3% of the world’s cell phone owners and by the end of 2008 they had reached their goal of over 1%. Apple continues to create greater incentives and promotions to get their phone in the hands as many people as they can.
Whether you’re a fan of the iPhone or not, no one can argue that it has turned the cell phone industry upside down. People all around the world desire this 21st Century revolution and will have cell phone manufacturers reaching for new limits.

So many people are amazed at the iPhone and would love to own one but cannot seem to afford it. Not only is the phone a bit on the pricey side but these difficult economic times have made it even more difficult to purchase one. There are a few ways you can save a buck or two if you really want to get your hands on an iPhone.
The first place you can look is the Apple store. They have recently introduced refurbished iPhones selling for $99. When you purchase one of these used phones you are still required to sign up for a two year contract with AT&T and if you elect for insurance, it’s another $15 bucks a month so be choosy if you’re trying to save money.
Another great place to find cheaper iPhones is on eBay and craigslist.com. These websites allow common people to sell their everyday items to others around the world. Purchasing an iPhone this way is a bit risky but you can find great deals. Many people want to get rid of their old iPhone quickly and will settle for a low selling price; even as low as $20! Do your research and make sure the seller has a good history and feedback.
The last place to find cheaper iPhones is your family and friends. Ask around and see if anyone has an old one they no longer are using. Many times you can get one for free this way. It may take a little more time, but the more you look around the better rate you will find.

Over the last 75 years the world has come a long way. Back in the day families would gather around an enormous radio unit to listen to news or the popular songs around the nation. Then society progressed into putting pre-recorded messages and music on records and people could listen to whatever they wanted to whenever they wanted. The next great invention was the cassette player and then the walkman. Who would have thought you could pop in a cassette and listen to music as you walk? Then came the CD, MP3’s and so on.
After all the progression our world has made in technology, people everywhere are still demanding the ability to listen to the radio. Even with all the high tech digital music available, nothing can replace the ability to tune into the radio. Apple has recently caught on to this demand and introduced a few new applications for download that enables users to listen to radio. The creators of the iPhone probably never imagined that there would be such a demand for the radio on their 21st Century, futuristic smart phone, but there is.
Since Apple announced the radio application, it has quickly become one of the most sought after downloads for the iPhone. You can get rid of your old cell phone, MP3 player and portable radio device and simple purchase an iPhone. This all-in-one has revolutionized the world and will continue to amaze us as they continue to bring improvements to this device Keep your eyes open for the latest updates.

It’s true that Apple has plans to dominate the world. Since the introduction of the iPhone, Apple has had a goal of possessing at least 1% of the world’s cell phone industry by the end of 2008. In a recent report put out by ABI Research, they have exceeded their goal by reaching 1.1% globally. This was great news for Apple who wasn’t too pleased with their presence in 2007. At the close of 2007, the iPhone only accounted for less than .03 percent of the world’s cell phone industry. Many believed the high price of the original iPhone turned many potential customers off but with recent price cuts and greater incentives, more and more people are buying into the craze.
Although this is a great feat for Apple, they are still majorly lacking in a global perspective. Currently Nokia owns the majority of the cell phone market with 38.6 percent, followed by Samsung, Motorola and LG. Most of these companies have made their way up the ranks because of very affordable cell phones. Most people are looking for a cell phone that they don’t have to fork out any cash for. The iPhone on the other hand is a bit pricy for the average person, making more difficult to climb the charts.
Give Apple a few more years, a newer version of the iPhone and even more affordable rates and then maybe we’ll see them take over the world with their innovative and creative technologies. Who knows maybe one day, the phone will be free with a two year contract; that would really boost sales!
